Adrienne is an adaptable, motivational and decisive leader with significant breadth and depth of experience gained from
working for several years at a senior level within the pharmaceutical industry, successfully leading both projects and large
groups across Research and Development.
She is known for her excellence in communication and facilitation with a recognised ability to quickly build credibility and trust at all levels within a wide variety of environments and is passionate about getting the best from people and developing them to their full potential. She has extensive experience in successfully defining, driving, managing and implementing both organisational and process change to realise significant improvements in productivity. Her CV shows a track record of successful delivery through challenging times.
Adrienne is now applying her skills and experience on a consultancy basis, supplemented by a network of highly skilled associates, to support organisations in increasing their effectiveness and in managing through change to a successful outcome.
